What this site cannot help with
Apron and Aura does not sell products directly, so it cannot help with orders, shipping, returns or warranty claims for a retailer or manufacturer. For those, contact the retailer you bought from or the product maker. Links on this site lead to retailer pages, and the sale, delivery and returns are handled there.
Replies are usually sent within a few business days. Messages that are spam, unsolicited sales pitches for unrelated services, or requests to place paid links without disclosure will not get a reply.
